The Atlantica aquapark is among the most famous and appreciated funfairs in the Province of Forlė Cesena and is situated a short distance from the beach of Cesenatico. Inaugurated in 1988, the Atlantica park extends along a 100.000-square-metre-large area; more than 40.000 square metres are covered with meadows and trees and the remaining part hosts swiming pools heated at a temperature of 28° and purified through state-of-the-art technologies.
The full-size whale of Atlantica, the mascot of the park, is surrounded by water chutes, areas to suntan, sports facilities, pic-nic areas, snack bars, restaurants and the large amusement arcade.
The Atlantica aqua park attracts every kind of visitor; the most daring will not resist the temptation to try the fast Kamikaze and Shuttle chutes, as well as the 400-metre-long chute named Anaconda. People looking for relax will enjoy Foam, the water chute to have a slow descent, and River, a one-kilometre-long river to be crossed on board of colourful rubber dinghies where it is also possible to suntan. The Swimming pool provided with artificial waves is the ideal solution to have a relaxing massage, while children will enjoy the onda baby, a safe swimming pool provided with water games and chutes.

By car: A14 motorway Cesena exit in the direction of Cesenatico up to the statale Adriatica n.16
By bus: from the Cesena station, ATR bus n° 94 in the direction of Cesenatico. From the Cesenatico station, ATR bus n° 2 in the direction of Atlantica
By train: Cesenatico station (along the line Rimini - Ravenna), Cesena station (along the line Rimini - Bologna)
