The collected personal data will be used by the Body in compliance with Legislative Decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (New Privacy regulations). The data collection will be operated according to the terms and limits included in the above mentioned regulations for both marketing and promotional purposes. The collected data won't be communicated to third parties. Pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/03 (Rights of the concerned party) you can always access your data to modify or cancel them or to forbid their use writing at the above mentioned address. I authorize the Body to keep my data in their databank and to send me literature or advertisment concerning my business sector and the traded products pursuant to law N° 675/96 dated 31.12.1996 "Privacy Regulations".
