| Not to be missed: At the Museum of the Queen visitors can gain information about the ancient origins of the city and its development as a sea village. Interesting spots to visit are the Town hall dating back to 1914, the church of San Apollinare dating back to ‘200 and the sixteenth-century S.Croce gallery situated next to the Museum of the Queen. Between the city centre and the beach is an interesting complex built in the 30s and used as a sea colony which today hosts the modern water bearer “Le Navi”. |
